The Commercial Tenancy (COVID-19 Response) Regulations 2020 (WA), introduced on 30 May 2020 after the introduction of Commercial Tenancy (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020 (WA) on 24 April 2020, require commercial landlords to provide certain types of relief to their tenants, depending on the circumstances.
